What we collect
Your name, your mobile number, an optional email, your answers to the questions (where the pain is, how long you have had it, your age range and when you would like to start), and the consent text you agreed to, with its time and the page address.
Where it goes
To Renova's customer records system. While that system is being connected, each request is sent by email to the team that arranges Renova's call backs, so no request is lost. We do not sell your information. We do not send health information to advertising platforms.
How long we keep it
Ask us at any time to delete your information and we will.
